Standard, in-stock products purchased through the JB Technologies Signal Solutions Store may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, cables, and documentation included. Contact us to arrange a return before shipping anything back — we'll walk you through the process and provide a return address.
As an authorized Nextivity / CEL-FI reseller, every unit we sell is new, factory-sealed, and backed by Nextivity's 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product develops a fault after your return window has closed, contact us and we'll help facilitate the manufacturer warranty claim — you don't need to deal with Nextivity directly.
QUATRA Enterprise systems, DAS installations, and other equipment purchased through a custom quote are handled on a project basis rather than the standard return window above, since these orders are typically sized, configured, and in many cases installed for a specific building. Talk to your JBT project team or contact us to discuss options for a quote-based order.
