A DAS design proposal has to assume how bad your coverage problem is before anyone's measured it. Guess wrong and you either overpay for a system your building doesn't need, or under-spec one that fails carrier acceptance after it's installed — the most expensive way to find out you needed more antennas.

Our coverage survey replaces the guess with a signal-level heatmap and a sized budget, for a fixed fee, before you commission any design work.

Fixed-fee, scoped to your building

Every survey is quoted as a flat, one-time fee — no duration commitment, no hourly billing. Your price depends on two things: building size and complexity (see below). Tell us the address and square footage and we'll come back with a fixed number in one business day.

Which complexity tier is your building?

Complexity is the second factor in your quote, alongside building size. Pick the closest match — the scoping call confirms it.

Low complexity

Open warehouse or single-floor building, single carrier band of interest, straightforward RF path, no unusual construction materials (low-E glass, metal decking) blocking signal.

Medium complexity

Mixed-use building, 2–5 floors, standard carrier mix, typical commercial construction. Most office, retail, and light-industrial buildings land here.

High complexity

Hospital or high-rise, cold storage or heavy-shielding construction, multi-carrier requirement, campus/multi-building scope, or below-grade parking and basement levels.

How we benchmark coverage

Commercial DAS surveys aren't governed by a single code the way public-safety ERCES is — we benchmark against carrier RF acceptance criteria and standard industry measurement practice.

Carrier RF acceptance criteria

AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile each publish minimum in-building signal-level thresholds a DAS must meet before they'll connect to it. We benchmark against these so the survey verdict matches what a carrier will actually accept.

Why survey coverage before designing a DAS?

Is this a walk test or a predictive survey?

Both, blended by building size and complexity. Every survey starts with predictive modeling to identify likely dead zones, then we confirm with on-site RSSI/RSRP/SINR measurements at representative points on every floor. Larger or more complex buildings get denser on-site sampling.

How many carrier bands does the base price cover?

Base pricing covers a single carrier band. Most buildings need coverage from more than one carrier, so add the Additional Carrier Band add-on for a full multi-carrier assessment — ask about pricing during your scoping call.

What happens if the survey finds a coverage gap?

You get a coverage heatmap showing exactly where signal falls below carrier-acceptable thresholds, plus an indicative DAS design and budget scoped to close the gap. That indicative budget isn't a sealed design — it's enough to make a go/no-go decision before you commission full engineering.

How is this different from a post-install DAS acceptance test?

This survey happens before a DAS exists, to inform whether and how to build one. A post-install acceptance test verifies that a completed DAS actually meets carrier signal-level requirements once it's live — a separate, later engagement with its own scope.
